Women's Art As Healing Class...Sofia Healing Center, 776 Haight Street
This class combines meditation, guided imagery, the shamanic journey, process based art and a community of women.  This is a supportive environment for women to deepen their connection to themselves, each other and their creative energy as a force for their own healing. No prior art experience necessary, all levels welcomed and encouraged.
