I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Depth Hypnosis Practitioner through the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. I am also a Birth and Postpartum Doula trained through Natural Resources. My practice is in San Francisco. I have a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and use visual art and writing as key elements of transformation for knowing the self. I have also worked with children and family systems for over ten years.

I am dedicated to supporting women as they empower themselves through all their creative processes, including art, writing, ceremony and creation itself--childbirth. By addressing any fears or other blocks, women can be more fully present throughout all of their life experiences—establishing a deep connection with themselves and Spirit.
